Wan brings a uniquely broad professional background into his IDCORE research - from hospitality and telemarketing to a decade in HR.  This gives him strong insights into people, organisations and the commercial realities of the offshore renewables sector. Motivated by a desire to tackle big‑picture climate challenges, he is now applying his engineering training to a pragmatic, purpose‑driven project with Aqualution while using his Royal Commission fellowship to inspire others considering a similar transition into STEM.
