Tom started with IDCORE in September 2022 and is currently working through the bespoke IDCORE, year 1, taught programme. In early 2023, Tom will be matched with an industrial project, which will kick off in June 2023.

The EPSRC Industrial Centre for Doctoral Training for Offshore Renewable Energy (IDCORE) is a partnership of the Universities of Edinburgh, Exeter and Strathclyde, and Scottish Association for Marine Science. It is funded by the EPSRC and NERC (EP/S023933/1) and was previously funded as the Industrial Doctoral Centre for Offshore Renewable Energy by the EPSRC and the ETI (EP/J500847/1).
